The situation before.

The monthly newsletter, explaining a complaint, a tip, practice news, already existed, but it took a lot of time and the old system did not suit a healthcare practice. Four locations called for local touches. And careful handling of data is no side issue in healthcare.

The setup

A brand template with standing sections, complaint of the month, a tip, practice news, so that making the newsletter is filling in rather than building. A segment per preferred location for local messages. A welcome automation for new subscribers. And deliberately no segmentation on health or treatment data: only on preferences people choose themselves, properly within the GDPR. Data sits on Dutch and German servers.

The results.

From half a day to half an hour

The newsletter has become filling in instead of building.

Local stays local

Messages about opening hours or a new osteopath only reach the right location.

Demonstrably proper

Sign-ups and opt-outs run visibly carefully.

Worth knowing.

"In healthcare you want no doubt at all about data. We could simply have that conversation in our own language, with someone who understood it."
