What Xendy doesn't have.

We'd rather say it up front than have you find out after you've switched. Missing something you use every day? Say so in the demo and we'll tell you honestly whether it's possible, before you become a customer.

No landing pages or website builder.

Xendy is built for email. You make your landing pages in your website or store, and we make sure the emails lead there.

No SMS.

A deliberate choice: we do one channel really well instead of three channels halfway.

No catalog of hundreds of ready-made integrations.

What we do have: four deep store integrations, Zapier, webhooks and an open API that lets you connect almost anything yourself.

No built-in CRM.

Xendy is your email engine, not your customer system. Through the API and webhooks, Xendy talks to the CRM you already have.

Onboarding included.

At every tier we set Xendy up together with you: moving over contacts and templates, building your first automation, getting your brand template ready. That takes about 30 minutes, and after that you're still not on your own, because support stays included.

You move up to the next tier automatically. You see that in your dashboard beforehand, so no surprises on the invoice. If your list shrinks, you move back just as easily.

No. You pay only for contacts you can actually email. Unsubscribed and bounced addresses don't count toward your tier.

No. Unlimited automations, unlimited users, unlimited email sending, in every tier.

Yes, you're not tied to anything. If you cancel, you export all your contacts, templates and stats. After that we delete your data in line with our processing agreement.

Yes. Personal support in English (and five other languages), with no paid support bundles or priority packages. You simply get hold of someone.

Nothing. We move your contacts, templates and automations across from your current plan free of charge, usually inside the 30-minute onboarding.

Yes. All prices shown exclude VAT, and your invoice specifies the VAT properly.
