The situation before.

Every country arranged email marketing itself, with its own take on the brand style, and contacts had to be moved by hand between the CRM and the email tool.

The setup

One multi-company environment, steered centrally by marketing in the Netherlands: every country makes its mailings country-specific, but everything stays within the branding and under Dutch direction. One master brand template that each country fills in its own language. Salesforce is connected in real time through the API, so new contacts, unsubscribes and changes are always identical in both systems.

The results.

Consistent branding

Every country makes country-specific mailings, always within the brand style and under the direction of marketing in the Netherlands.

One template, every language

The master brand template gets filled per country in that country's own language.

Always in sync with Salesforce

New contacts and unsubscribes sit in both systems in real time, with no manual imports.

Worth knowing.

Countries adjust their own mailings, but everything stays within the branding and under the direction of marketing in the Netherlands. That is the agreement this setup runs on.
