Terms and conditions.
These terms apply to the use of Xendy. We deliberately keep them readable, with no small print that says something different from the website.
Agreement & cancellation
Your subscription runs by the month and can be cancelled every month, with no notice period longer than the current month. You start with a free 30-day trial. The price follows the tier for your number of contacts, excluding VAT; all features, sending volume and users are included, and there are no hidden costs or separate add-ons.
Emailing properly
Xendy is here for legitimate email marketing. You only email recipients who gave permission or with whom you have an existing customer relationship, and every email carries a working unsubscribe option. Spam, purchased lists and misleading senders are not allowed; in the event of misuse we may pause sending to protect deliverability for all customers, and we always get in touch first.
Your data
Your contacts and content are and remain yours. You can export them at any time, including after cancellation (up to 30 days afterwards, after which we delete everything definitively). The data processing agreement forms part of these terms as an annex, so the GDPR arrangements are covered automatically, with no separate paperwork.
Availability & liability
We do our utmost to keep Xendy available at all times and announce planned maintenance in advance. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid Xendy in the previous three months; we are not liable for indirect damage such as lost revenue. If we change these terms, you will hear about it by email at least 30 days beforehand. Dutch law applies to the agreement.
